“Buenas noches”, “buenos días”, el cálido comentario de los camareros prestos al pedido certero y casi siempre “le traigo tal o cual cosilla”, “agua sin gas”... “hoy tenemos...”, en la memoria del mozo: el comensal frecuente.
Un viaje al más acá, servicio de primera, y mejores carnes, las pastas “caseras”, maridadas con un vino de la carta, sin igual.
